Congratulations to Caleb Wohn (2022) for receiving 2023 CSGrad4US Graduate Fellowship.

Caleb joined the ROCHCI lab as just a sophomore in 2019, and has been an integral part of many research projects in the lab, including the SOPHIE project, SEER and KnowUREnvironment. He helped design and conduct a pilot study to validate the SOPHIE framework. He has also contributed to building a knowledge graph for climate change (KnowUREnvironment) and built a platform to nudge people to select eco-friendly products for the SEER project.

Caleb’s remarkable achievements at ROCHCI include co-authoring multiple research papers. Among them, his paper on using Deepfakes to measure racial bias, which he jointly co-authored with Kurt Hautis, won the best paper nomination at the 30th ACM International Conference on Multimedia (ACM MM).
