Hasan was invited to give a talk at the  Flower City AI, a local conference on artificial intelligence innovation, education, healthcare, art, business, and research. 

He spoke about his work developing the SAPIEN Coach, an interactive, multilingual, emotionally-responsive, virtual-human-based coaching platform for learning academic or soft skills.

His talk created so much buzz that it caught the attention of a reporter covering the conference and his talk was featured by News 10 NBC (watch it here!). Masum was also invited to by Evan Dawson at the WXXI’ radio station where he spoke at length about AI on WXXI’s program Connections with Evan Dawson.
